Mira Mobile Prize 2021

I'm very happy to share that from thousands of entries from all corners of the world, one of my works has been selected by the jury as one of the 50 chosen pieces that will be exhibited in the MIRA Mobile Prize 2021 exhibition. 150 other highly rated works will be projected at the exhibition, which will this year take place in the marvellous Monastery of Salzedas in Portugal.  The theme this year was "At Home".

A book will later be published with all the selected works.  

Venue: Mosteiro de Santa Maria de Salzedas, Salzedas, 3610 Tarouca

Dates: 24 July 2021 - 31 October 2021

Opening: Saturday, 24 July 2021 at 14h30

mDAC 2021

I am delighted that I am one of the 35 artists in the Mobile Photography/Art category of mDAC 2021 whose works have been selected to be exhibited in Palo Alto, California, USA. 

There will be a Virtual Grand Opening of the exhibition on Friday, 16 July 2021, at 1:00 PM (USA Pacific Time). This will be live streamed via Facebook on the Mobile Art Academy page.

There will also be a soft opening at the Pacific Art League in Palo Alto at 6:00 PM (USA Pacific Time). No RSVP is needed and all printed works will be on dispaly at the gallery. My work "Sulphur Mountain" will be on display.

The exhibition will continue at the Pacific Art League until 19 August 2021.

Circumnavigation in the palm of the hand

I am very excited to announce that "Flashing by!" has been selected to be part of an exhibition in Portugal.  The exhibition "Circumnavigation in the palm of the hand" will take place in the cloisters of the ancient Salzedas Monastery and will feature the works of 50 mobile photographers and artists from all over the world. Thank you Mira Forum and Museu de Lamego.

The Beauty Myth Exhibition

"Radiate" has been selected to be part of the The Beauty Myth exhibition which will take place in Milan, Italy at the Copernico Gallery.  I am one of 25 mobile artists whose work will make up the exhibition and am happy to invite you to attend.
